Sharon is engaged and experienced NGO, non-profit and advisory board director, interculturalist, entrepreneur and former attorney. She has managed and strategized with organizations across numerous industries in intercontinental acquisitions and global expansions, to increase revenue through diversity and cultural competence. She is organized, diplomatic and collaborative.

Sharon is the founder of Access to Culture, a corporate training, organizational management, and global leadership consultancy based in Austin, Texas, USA. During her time as an entrepreneur, lawyer, and global citizen traveling to more than 80 countries on 7 continents, she learned invaluable cultural lessons in international business.

She uses her multicultural background, global experience, and business acumen to assist leadership teams, boards, and their organizations to integrate intercultural solutions and seek cultural competency to increase revenue.
