Elizabeth P. and Harold R. Williams Foundation Scholarship

The Elizabeth P. and Harold R. Williams Foundation was created to memorialize the lives of Mr. Harold R. Williams ’51 and his wife, Elizabeth. After receiving his degree from Texas Tech University, a job with the IRS brought him to Houston, at which he later pursued a law degree at South Texas. This scholarship is to provide financial assistance for students who demonstrate outstanding academic merit and financial need.
