The E.J. Salcines "Pass it On" Scholarship Fund

Established in 2003 a by the Florida Chapter of the South Texas Alumni Association in honor of Judge E.J. Salcines, Jr. The purpose of this scholarship is provide financial assistance to a deserving South Texas student(s) from Florida who meet the following criteria: academic merit, financial need, community service, potential leadership in the practice of law, and intentions of returning to Florida to practice law.
