Tobin A. Sparling Endowed Scholarship

Established in 2019 by Maxine D. Goodman and Steve B. Goodman in honor of Professor Sparling, in recognition of his distinguished service to South Texas College of Law Houston. This scholarship is awarded to a part-time student who earned at least a B+ in Legal Research and Writing I & II, and expresses a strong interest in Appellate Advocacy as a career. If no qualified part-time candidate meets the scholarship criteria, preference may be given to a full-time student who meets the scholarship criteria.
