Gary A. Kuiper Endowed Scholarship

The purposed of this Gift is to create the Gary A. Kuiper Endowed Scholarship. Preference will be given to students who are veterans of the United States Armed Forces. In the event no veterans apply in any given year for the scholarship, preference will be given to students who are single mothers.
